Our Class III landfill is designed to the highest standards and to minimally impact our environment. At our facility, we employ state-certified landfill operators and spotters capable of recognizing waste that is not acceptable and have instituted various recycling procedures. At our disposal facility, each load is weighed, ticketed, and then directed to a designated working area. Upon arrival the load is inspected, the recyclables separated and the remaining wastes are spread out for compaction. At Mid Florida Materials we utilize GPS enabled equipment to maximize the compaction of the unrecyclable debris.
